I recently read a recession Welcome to Jamrock on the internet and thought that I have to listen. Once heard and I was thrilled, I hear for a few days nothing else. Welcome to Jamrock is one of the best reggae albums of the last time !! The album begins directly with a bang: Confrontation with Bunny Wailer and Haile Selassie samples and Damian Marley at his best. Actually, every song has succeeded. Welcome to Jamrock, the title track is a roots reggae track has the depth and Damian Marley's talent recite texts is done perfectly. Another highlight is Move! are united in the dancehall with Bob Marley samples of Exodus. All Night sounds like early hiphop and is rounded musical by Stephen Marley. Many songs on the album have hip hop or dancehall influence, such as Hey Girl, Pimpas Paradise or Road to Zion which is featured by NAS. This makes the album but not a bad reggae album but more interesting because there is still included in the Reggae songs, and every musical style is incorporated in the title. Except NAS are still Stephan Marley (the more draft gives the album), Bobby Brown, Rovleta Fraser, Eek A Mouse, and of course Bounty Killer represented. I can really recommend the album who has not heard as Reggae Dancehall fan, a madness CD has missed. MFG Cuca
