The original power supply has - just like this - a relatively clumsy plug-in mechanism. So the PSU is on an adapter "it turned" which allows apparently the power supply with a suitable adapter from any power socket to connect worldwide. So know so well, unfortunately somebody accidentally is with us stumbled upon the power strip and has thereby torn the power supply from the anchorage of the adapter. Logically, there is the adapter not einzeoln to buy, so you have to rely on a new power supply. We have this ordered here and operated at the beginning only the adapter for the socket with our original power supply. This works fine (if no current flow just plug the adapter back out and turn one revolution reindrehen on again, then lie to the contacts!)!

This is now back 2 months, which now is not very high quality original power supply was retired because of the cable end was worn to the laptop back, so the laptop is only sporadically loaded. We now have so this replacement power supply completely in use and are very satisfied. It does what it should and is far cheaper compared to the not just as a quality to be designated original power supply from Acer, strong buy recommendation!
