The Silk epil 3 (is of course no longer the "next generation") initially in
Price-performance ratio absolutely convinced, although he developed my feeling an enormous noise.
After 16 months, however, the power supply has spontaneously quits:
Device plugged in, nothing is happening, PSU has developed slight odor and heat.
With the power supply of its predecessor, the "new" device is still "normal".
However, the power supply of its predecessor is very unwieldy, large and heavy.
Very negative, I find that the seller has not responded, despite repeated requests,
after I had told him the defect and asked for a replacement power supply!
Since the defect has occurred within the statutory warranty period of 24 months,
Is this covered by warranty, the power supply should be replaced.
