The styling of the machine, with its silver quite modern and fits well in today's kitchens. In terms of size it also does not take up much space. The accessories and attachments we have stowed separately.
So far we have made of yeast dough of different consistency (soft - proof) and the MUM did not disappoint. From Hefezopf about Bohemian dumplings, pizza dough through to bread (500g flour) has mastered everything. That just moved in kneading the arm, makes sense, too. A rigid / stiff arm would just at fixed yeast doughs certainly tend to break. The stability of the machine using the suction cups is perfectly fine; who of course the dough in step 7 instead of level 3 (as described in the guidance suggested) knead, need not be surprised if the device should bounce of the worktop.
Egg whites until stiff beat, mix mascarpone cream for tiramisu, pressed potatoes for potato pancakes, onion rings, whipped cream, orange juice ... no problem! Surely you have the machine to know first what speed setting when as best, but that is purely a matter of habit and first clues can be found in the manual.
The cleaning of the parts is also very pleasant; hot water and a little washing up liquid or in the dishwasher off. The machine itself can be cleaned in no time with a damp cloth because hardly existing edges.
Conclusion:
Unbeatable for the price and the delivery!
UPDATE:
Yesterday we restarted the mincer tried to make us fresh ground beef itself. The result has convinced us. Okay, the Fleischwolfauslass sits very low due to the mounting position, but I think not for home use dramatically. In mincer even a few unprocessed meat pieces were left, you certainly can get through the follow up on a raw onion by the wolf still next time.
The only (for me negligible) drawback is that the aluminum parts must be cleaned by hand and not allowed in the dishwasher, but that can get over I think. I'll upload this one more photo, even if only a mobile phone photo.
