I'm excited by all genuine components. The cooling water is coming in a few days and replace the noisy original CPU air cooler. Depending on the way I'm going to use the already integrated into the front panel 2 x 120mm air cooler from Cooler Master, for radiator cooling, ... or use the fan from Raijintek- system.
Now for housing:
What struck me first is the size. It has been supplied separately to the rest of the components. Fortunately a little earlier ... So I had enough time to look at everything and installed my ASUS motherboard, which I had already in advance to be at home. For installation of the motherboard is best done once all side panels and the cover. It certainly is not a must. But the knurled screws for mounting or dismounting a the trim parts simplify one so much that you do not want to do without it, if you already have the possibility. Furthermore, there is also the very practical way, the insert plate (we call it a try; meaning the mounting plate for the motherboard)
Depending on what the motherboard has a size, you can now use the "screwed inserts" with the corresponding external hexagon union, and mount it carefully onto the insertion sheet. Cautious because there is no ready-cut thread is on the slide plate. Has probably something added during the coating of the housing parts.
Tip from me: the motherboard briefly so keep from screwing it, as it should in the housing. So also the slide-plate once there can ... Two screwed inserts with conical are already installed, so you can hang up the motherboard to control.
Installation of other components:
Front
The On / Off switch is located here and is illuminated in red. Also you can find here a reset button. Plug connections, there are two USB 3.0 and jacks for the headset.
There are two 5.25 "drive bays for DVD, Blu-ray, or whatever we have available. Seen from the front is taken from only the left side panel and ever get a glimpse of the quick-release fasteners 1 clicks assembly. From the front panel is taken, only the flap by pressing the Rastierungsfedern out ... and away you go.
For HDD or SSD's there's two places. These drawers are located on the right side. Simply press the spring slightly to the right and you can already open the flap and pull together the whole bay. Since the removable drive bay quite tightly sits in its anchorage, I am very cautious followed the instructions. The disks are then mounted easily on the shaft (this time right on the bay screwed) and then brought by closing wisely to the end position, where they encounter the plug contacts of the case.
Since one also clear that this opening and closing should not go so easily. A loose connection at this point would be fatal.
Rear
Here of course sits the power supply. It can be installed also taken over knurled screws to the rear respectively.
Conclusion: Perfect for gamers. Well ventilated from all sides. In the front two inwardly fan are already installed. Compact design, yet a lot of space. Do not misunderstand, a Big Tower is of course again a completely different house number. I like the fact that one good comes from all sides at the "guts". Assembly and disassembly make through the tool-free handling very well. This becomes noticeable when you have installed all of the components and the connection begins to lay the cable. This saves time, and especially nervous. The laying of the cable is also well resolved. Everywhere around the horizontally built motherboard space to the side panels to route the cables to where they are no longer in your way. There are many "Small eyes" to fix the cable. What is also noteworthy is the fact that my graphics card R9 290 does not have to hang, but is on the mainboard .... and this even has space. The quick-release fasteners on the drives are extremely convenient and I am glad to have this. The housing cover has room for a 200mm fan, which I have built. Lastly, it should be said that the cube has two handles on the sides. There is no Plexiglas in the housing, which could be one or the other an eyesore. Me but not because I put more emphasis on functionality rather than appearance. Nevertheless, I find the case very successfully in the design, ... simple, elegant and practical, it probably meet quite well.
Who has the capacity for this detached housing as possible get a great copy for "little" money. Very strong buy recommendation !!!
Enough said. Makes you best yourself. Greetings Alex
