One might now think Linkin Park want to earn some money again in their albums free time and throw a new live DVD on the market. Certainly money always plays a role, but for the connoisseur that should this time do not matter. For what Linkin Park is presented here on DVD and CD of all top notch. I arrived in the summer itself to benefit a Linkin Park concert to attend and there was completely begeister. Honestly, the Stones and Metallica are against this raw live power of alternative rockers a chance (and I have seen all 3 live). Linkin Park made in England halt with their Projekt Revolution Tour and took them on DVD. The setlist is perfectly filled with all the hits, audience favorites and a surprise at the end with a performance by Jay-Z. From the very first moment everything is on stream. Spectators are fanatical and screaming, cheering, jumping and clapping like crazy. The concert begins literally right at sunset and are therefore not only visually mightily. The camera work is almost perfect. Not too hasty but always on the move. Sound Technically, there is nothing to complain about here, whether 2.1 or 5.1, the sound is perfectly implemented and leaves it at home rattle and pop just around every corner formally. Atmospheric it is then when "Leave Out All The Rest". Singer Chester presents itself vocally at its best and is certainly one of the best live performers this period. An absolute highlight. Absence must not, of course, harder songs like "One Step Closer", "Given Up" or "No More Sorrow". The band acts surprisingly open to the public, which was often beautifully staged. Even the very unusual for Linkin Park "The Little Things Give You Away" finds its place in the setlist, also a treat, not only for fans. The darkness also further highlights come: "Breaking The Habit" can also inspire as the best-selling single "Crawling". Here and there slips singer Chester from clay from to forgive when the strenuous performance but. Blow by blow comes Hit Factory. Amazing how many Hits Linkin Park were able to record with only 3 albums so far. Not only "In The End" provides pure goosebumps even "What I've Done" together great video projection ensures beautiful moments. No better way to catch a live concert. If the last DVD "Live In Texas" still significantly nachbearbeit, sounding suspiciously like studio, one here gets delivered to your home clenched live atmosphere. Finally, Jay-Z comes on stage and played with Linkin Park, the great hip-hop rock collaboration "Numb / Encore" as well as the hearty rocking "Faint". The public is no longer tenable latest during Wutausbruchs of Chester. This is followed by the party song "Bleed It Out" and a not to verachtensdes drum solo. And now we come already the only downer. "Somewhere I Belong", "Papercut" and "Points of Authority" can be selected only as a bonus video after run credits. Why this must be so is a mystery to me. Nevertheless deliver Linkin Park with "Road To Revolution" one of the best live DVDs at all. A great show, with great moments, great look and a great sound experience. Who Linkin Park is not able to see live this year, just slam MUST here!
