I purchased this adapter for reading out an Ortec Spectrum Master 919. Unfortunately, the included Maestro works 6:08 software only under Windows 2000 / XP / Vista.
With Windows 7 64bit no longer. But no problem with this adapter.
Simply with VMWare Player on Windows 7 64bit host 4 placed a virtual PC with Windows XP and added to the LPT Adpater in the configuration.
Works perfectly. Thus, a future operating system change is not a problem because the scale file for the virtual PC is easy to migrate.
