All devices except the Mindprint TRIO have works fine, even the Midi Keyboard from IK Multimedia. The trio now but already almost 10 years old and it surprises me almost that it still works on modern computers.
I was surprised also at the external hard drives - I can here only for Seagate (Backup Plus) and some no-name case speak - but all were detected directly, did not have any start-up difficulties and also ran parallel to USB sticks or dongle. This may be due to the USB port of the MacBook, because it is apparently good-natured in the power supply.
Overall, this hub, not just on the go, highly recommended if you (upload smartphones / tablets, hard drives with more power consumption) not on additional power supply is instructed.
A small point of criticism still remains - as with almost all USB 3.0 devices, the cable is very thick and "bulky" advised. Here I would like to see that they are thinner and more flexible in the future.
