Had I known that there is such a cable, I would have bought a long time ago!

I use this cable to my radio / CD players to disconnect from the mains. Although the radio even has a toggle switch, which allows you to turn it off, but unfortunately he hums then continues softly. Since I have a very sensitive Heard and moreover is in the bedroom, which quite annoying. Always extra-unplugging is still a bit cumbersome.
