Power on / off with a difference

DC One thing first: I am not satisfied with this new MP3 player with built-battery method. Battery farms Player are dearer to me, because you can change the battery at any time when it is empty (if you go for spare batteries has :-)). But now I have decided for this one.

Thrilled me the noiseless listening to music even in the smallest volume. Even the supplied headphones are in my opinion a very good sound quality.
Also I really liked that you can quickly switch to another song in the navigation by pressing and holding.

In my opinion, the reaction of key inputs is not too slow, but also not very fast.

To turn on and off, I would like to point out that this MP3 player in this "two-stage" works: To turn him you have only (the side is at the bottom) to ON a switch, followed by the play / pause button has to be something be pressed for more, after which the screen lights up.
To turn off you have to reverse the process: (After having paused a title) hold play / pause button pressed a little longer, wait until the screen goes out and then set the switch to OFF. -> And so it is also in the instructions.

If you simply put only the switch to OFF, before NOT turns the screen on the play / pause button, the unit goes out though, except that it is the self-adjusted settings and forgets in which title you were last.

Likewise, you should not leave the switch set to ON, after you have the MP3 player off only on the play / pause button, otherwise emptied the battery while you do not use the MP3 player.

Personally, I got used to fast on this particular input and off method, do not disturb it and am very happy with this unit.

Something that bothers me a little, but not serious, is this:
There is the function of the battery indicator, when to charge the MP3 player using a supplied cable via the PC. This is displayed on the device only if one separates "Safely Remove Hardware" the data link via the function (on Windows). I tried it on Windows 7: It did not work with me. It appears no battery indicator.
I then tested it on Windows XP: There was no problem because it worked.
I go so far assume that it is because the disconnection is not quite as "radical" is going as the previous operating systems and in spite of separation does not really quite the call is disconnected.
But since without this feature, the battery indicator, the device is charged, as this represents a big problem.

Addendum: Unfortunately, I have now but must find a more serious cause. With me is now after a few weeks the same problem occurred as> Manuel Sauerbrey "piercing Mucke" For me also it plays in contrast to the already aforementioned Vorrezension not matter whether it is the original or own earphones which I this for listening to music with MP3 players use.
This is a defect that simply can not be. Therefore, I will unfortunately have to deduct 2 stars from my previous review, since it is the main purpose as no longer appropriate. Furthermore, I will make use of the warranty of this device use, in the hope that the headphone socket then work properly. For besides this unfortunately more serious problem I am still enthusiastic about the remaining function of this MP3 player.
