To make it short first: Technically pretty much perfect! Each LP-E6 or LP-E8 is charged, regardless of whether it is an original battery or the battery from another manufacturer!
2 stars:
The pallet changing is a fumbling! Aside from the ridiculous clip to unlock the pallet (which is always mistakenly tried to use different times). Why not just install a button on the side of the case?
Let's talk about fumbling:
After lifted pallet you have still a white male preview (see my product image "fiddling Pull connector and attach"), which is soldered to a cable to the circuit board. Why not at least equal to solder this connector to the circuit board? What's more, the cable is quite tight and thereby switched to the right and unplug fiddly is! Here I would have expected more innovation (eg the plug in the center on a pedestal on which you can sit right directly insert the pallet?
Next, the question remains, why not just 2 AA batteries can be charged, or why the USB port can be loaded at the same time not yet.
Furthermore, I noticed that you simultaneously charge but restricted under certain conditions to the USB port:
It works!
* When in the loading plate using no battery on the same side of the USB ports.
* When a battery is charged in the charging plate on the other side of the USB ports.
It's not working!
* If on side of the USB ports has a battery pack inserted in the pallet.
* When a battery is on each side of the pallet itself
* If in the Ladplatte 4 AA batteries (Mignon) are
In total, since it primarily depends on the shop and here the Hahnel very good figure makes 4 stars!
