Otherwise the viewfinder helps limited because he himself strongly "dims" by the backlight. Basically, the color display in the VF-3 "pathetic" - I also find the "opening" to the eye and the eye cup too small could be something "ergonomic".
Class is the lock that prevents slipping of the viewfinder from the camera and the 90 degree adjustment upwards - which is some "squat" saves.
It would be interesting perhaps to move the viewfinder on the display - so behind the camera to you therefore not to be unnecessarily grow upwards - it is on the level otherwise been nearly as bulky as a DLSR. But one would however "give away" the display as an alternative as long as the viewfinder is attached.
Oh - almost forgot: Is the viewfinder "active", is also a preview of the image you just shot in the viewfinder and not shown on the display. Practically the viewfinder is therefore also when photographing in the dark because you will not be blinded by the display. Even the "Live" menu to set the most important parameters will be displayed in the viewfinder - only the large configuration menu - which you rarely need during shooting - is basically shown on the display.
5 stars would be too much - because everyone needs to know even if that is worth more to comfort even that much money. 3 stars would be too little, because the part is ansich practical and well made.
