I already had a pan of Tefal and was catastrophically bad. The floor buckled in the middle with the time ever upward, so that they could no longer use very quickly. These ceramic pan has approximately ten times cook not changed but she was from the beginning not fully plan, whereby the oil collects at the edges. Otherwise, I'd love to give it 5 stars because the nonstick coating keeps its promises. The only reason my overall rating is still quite positive, that it takes virtually no oil during frying and hence the problem with the curvature is not quite as dramatic. But I will watch very closely whether the curvature is greater.
All in all a really very successful pan that also the searing large portions with very little oil permitted by their size and the steep edges, were it not for the vault.
