Photo inducing the consumer into error

So far I have always bought multipack with the photo representing the feline, thus the same as before against. So I was expecting to have as normal 4 colors, including black. In fact, I received in an envelope 3 cartridges, separated, not a box, the schedule accompanying indicated "tripack". I expressed my displeasure to the seller who told me that it was not them who had put the photo, but Amazon. It therefore rejects all responsibility, which I do not find very loyal because he should know what he sells. This was expensive cartridge and I will be ordering Global Ape.
When it's Amazon consigning, I am always well served.
