This book is a milestone in the movement to demonstrate that the traditional model of management (command and control) is obsolete and less efficient than that based on a given confidence to the employees. A central thesis of this book is to say that the role of management is to create a nurturing environment for every employee to find his own motivation and answers to the challenges facing the company that employs them. The authors detail well profiles and ways of doing bosses who believed in pioneering, strength of trust and responsibility as development of employees and the company's efficiency vector. This book, very interesting, seems less rich than "reinventing organizations" of Frederic Laloux, deepens the ways to make these organizations. But it deserves to be read as representative of a current which can be expected that it will gradually become the majority of organizations in the world and has the advantage of being French.
