Pity about the time away with the HP scanner

It's really a pity about the time a lot about this scanner to write! Have already wasted too much time with it !!!!!
There was nothing to report, but it is an impertinence which has since allowed HP and lets go to the User.
One should really ask this HP Pointless waste of time in accounting, you annoyed with this scanner around !!
The quality of the scans is to use under the A ... and only as an overview.
People who programiert this software - should actually be all released, or who have contracted for apprentices.
Scans of 16 slides with 600ppi with better setting 17-21 hours and at the same time every second or third time software crash and the whole process starts over again.
With 4800 ppi and with better adjustment was never finished scanning! Always Abruch through the program!
Tested on four different computers under Win 7, Win Vista, Win XP!

Anyone who wants to throw away his nerves should buy this scanner, all others should really steer clear of it.

If you want a quality that can be perhaps an original, you have to leave your computer running almost 2 days for 16 slides and is then still not sure whether you get back up the slides. Because there may otherwise be no activity on the PC, it often interferes with the scan and the program closes with an error message and one begins after 2 days all over again !!!!
Mentioned only in passing, am not a hater HP, we have 14 printers including 5 HP, 6 scanners and, unfortunately, this One of HP, because I was thinking it could be used to scan the slides and negatives halfway. But only anger and frustration and wasted time !!!! According to information on the Internet can bring the quality of bad to less bad considering external software to a few hundred euros to buys that are of HP to make incapable of good software !!!
