Perhaps the end of July is the perfect time to plant strawberries. And this year there will also be no harvest. The plants were partly still quite small. But this were 8 instead of 5 plants in the packaging. And all the 8 (the very young) are well grown and drive diligently new leaves. I have it planted in a pot (3 garlic in between) and covered the ground with bark mulch. I planted the first strawberries, so I am not a professional garden. But I'm very happy because all plants grow and thrive. Next year I may then say something to earnings.
