Now for the partly serious shortcomings:
-The device hangs occasionally out since then helps only the power plug on the back of the unit pull out, once the device was then no longer start correctly implemented, there was only a blinking screen of himself, I have made all kinds of things, including hardware reset, nothing helped, but eventually he began to work again properly, can only hope that that does not happen again
- In some DivX movies the movie starts at a few minutes to stutter, remedied the stop button with then re playing, I again tested the same movies for security in my old Pioneer DV-410, who played the movies without objection from
- The smart option of the player to switch off automatically when not in use is then probably not so smart, and if one takes literally the statement of the option, the player unfortunately does just this, it turns out after a few minutes if no keys are operated because I would have also can come from it alone, that I look at the film no key operated normally, so that the player then naturally turning off partway when playing a DivX movie on its own
Then there are a few little things, such as. the Disc Navigator with pickled ISO disc does not start directly, but only through a detour via the Home menu. One can when the disc is not directly on the player by pressing the Play button persuade retract the disc. Very annoying, I also think that the Disc Navigator is not able to play multimedia files, but you have to back into a special menu. In addition, the MP3 player reads no tags, somehow I see something necessary as a matter of course and also absolutely on. Longer file names are truncated, and you can then no longer recognize which track is playing.
I can only hope that the firmware update hopefully soon to be released the advertised features implemented (significant reason to buy) and these sometimes very serious shortcomings turns off.
Picture and sound are expected to be very good.
