The quality of the Blu-ray playback is flawless. In the first test of the players gave a faint whirring noise that when you play the disc, which was a bit annoying for me because of the small distance between the equipment and seating. After eject and retract the disc tray was the sound much quieter. In "normal" installation of the player near the TV but the sound should generally not be heard.
(Who the player can really only used the TV stop reading this review here.)
The selection of the player took place with me because of the display on the device. Because I do not want to enable for listening to CDs and the projector shutdown the canvas to give me a inter leged display with the display of basic information was important. Unfortunately, the display does not show the information that I have expected: Track number and time. Everything Else - Album name, track, artist, etc. - would be a nice-to-have, but dispensable. Idiotically is on display only the time of the current track - nothing else! That does not even make sense. Even the track number alone would be more practical. And the unit also has all the other information. On TV you get namely displayed when an Internet connection complete data to CD.
Then I thought, 'Well, I use just the advertised app. The can determine everything. ' Nope. The "great" app is basically just an illustration of the remote control. No other information, no ads, nothing. Absolutely useless. Usually I sit namely in the same room where there is also the players - and then I can use normal remote control.
Who designed that?
Conclusion: as a pure Blu-ray player OK - but nothing more.
