I have now recently the low-profile card Sapphire HD6770 running in my ASUS Pundit3 HTPC barebones. The card came equipped with the same low-profile backplate and was quickly installed. The performance is for a map of this small construction (one-slot and no extra power supply) really good. She suggests my previously genutze nVidia GT440 by far. Even in Full HD resolution can be relatively recent Games playing fluently, the BluRay playback is also liquid.
The fan on the PCI-E graphics card is not inaudible, but much quieter than other graphics cards and is definitely for a home theater PC (HTPC) in the living room. You only hear a whisper-quiet noise. I am very pleased with the Sapphire HD6770 and can recommend them!
