I like to bake my bread in a pan, which prevents me from getting water in the oven or on the bread for a crunchy crust. But my casserole is a bit large and hard bread pan. So I bought this mold that gives me an excellent result. When I received it, I was very surprised to read that it was necessary to grease it before each use. What's weird for a nonstick pan. I greased the first time only, and despite this, nothing sticks you could almost put it away after use but I still puts it in the dishwasher without noticing damage. To avoid the onset of rust, I always leave open to dry on the stove before storing.
