First, I want to say that there is clearly "higher quality" WMF knife. For example, the all-metal models for professionals. But I do not like the slaughterhouse charm of these tools. Diameter as those reviewed here I prefer. They have several advantages: they are light, sharp enough to survive in the kitchen and the feel to the touch can one not every freeze the blood in their veins. In addition, they can be replaced without increasing the overdraft limit.
The nickname "Touch" not free the knife incidentally. The feel of the handle is very pleasant. It is made of two different types of plastic.
