Plugging-start driverless plug and play under W7. Perfect as a replacement for onboard soundcard

Application: I need a cheap sound card as a replacement for a faulty onboard sound (motherboard but otherwise fine). The users of PCs affected only needs some sound to play some Youtube clips or even play an MP3 sound without major claim.
Unwrapped, plugged (Win 7 64bit): after a few seconds the USB card is recognized without driver installation and can be used, what more could you want? The sound is sufficient as described above.
