As some of my "previous speakers" I also had problems with the contacts.
Both on the power supply side and on the side Mirco USB, there are difficulties.

My Raspberry Pi switched repeatedly from time.
A wobble to the power supply unit meant that he started again.

I have the power adapter now replaced by that of my smartphone.
Since there is no longer these problems.
If I want to charge the phone with this power supply nothing happens.
The power (and hence the current) is identical.

So there is definitely contact problems.
