Delivery was okay, packing also. Unfortunately, both cartridges have failed in my printer. He gave out an error message. That is something wrong with the printer cartridges, and unfortunately yes. The Black was clumped, so he printed no more black. Was perhaps the first time, but unfortunately for me.
