I have this kettle given my parents for Christmas and a few weeks later, rust has formed on the floor, which is very unsightly and I do not expect in a kettle !! Amazon has this changed without difficulty and my parents have been looking forward to the new kettle. But the joy did not last long! Also in this identical device rust has formed again after a very short time! Today also this unit went back to Amazon. This company is dead to me !! Never again Russell Hobbs!
