Inserting arm and print ??? - That can not be good !!

For the Brother DCP-7055 I ordered this toner. Obviously, the toner was empty or it is not compatible.
In any case, the display of the Brother printer indicated nachwievor, replace the toner.
A call to the fat on the carton printed number unfortunately brought no success.

I have returned the toner and ordered the original. The replacement came, though ordered as a standard, by express (no charge a surcharge Express) the following day.

Can these toner therefore recommend - pity would have been cost-effective
