If you wear the first part out of sight on the head, you are already convinced of the comfort. Now I carry the Porta Pro for several months and I'm still excited. Comfort is 'for me' perfect, even if it is more uncomfortable to wear it when not listening around his neck. Also to build quality, I can not make any compromises. He sees indeed produces very cheap, but so far I can not complain. Only the ear cushions are the weak point of the whole Porta Pro. The Koss from KSC55 (of the neckband, my predecessor before the Porta Pro) seemed clear quality.
It is actually useful (should a Porta Pro Fresh unpacked as too weak to appear on the chest), to let the headphones "warm up" at least 20 hours straight, only after he develops his full extent.
Who warranty claims seem rather secondary importance, and who cares the Basslastigkeit, so the mids and highs over come across from Bass rather unbalanced, can pick up the so-called Kramer mod. What's the name of:
Remove ear pads and very gently separate the black driver cover from handset. Drilling with a Dremel or a drill with a small drill (1.5 to 2 mm) a lot of additional holes in the driver cover. Remove burrs. It fumble driver cover and ear pads on it (you can also cut nor about 1.5 cm holes in the ear pads, which I have however left).

The ear cushions are not worth mentioning, too fast and they are over the original upholstery is easy to buy more expensive for such a cheap stuff. I then bought no-names for zweifuffzig and a hole punched clean. The keep much longer, the material is clearly better than that of Koss.
The plastic nipple with which are attached to the bracket, the listener, rattling off immediately if you have them once out accidentally pressed and then drop later from time to time from when you are not careful. This is very annoying and can not be repaired, because the plastic is just too soft.
Yet still my favorite headphones, the sound is beyond all doubt.
