by now using the catchy Tucano Abile Backpack for MacBook Pro 15 "and 15 Notebook" I want to ask my review available.
Perceived quality / processing
The present my backpack is well made in total. This also includes the seams with a. The zippers can be quite easy to set up and move on. In my eyes, with just the right resistance. Therefore, there is no loss of quality seen.
Construction of the backpack:
The backpack has 1 outside pocket which can be opened either to the side or from above. The actual main compartment is in turn divided into a compartment for the notebook or in a separate compartment for a tablet. In my case, the iPad 3 or a MacBook Pro 13 has been used, which is also very well could be stowed.
The backpack can also be converted into a shoulder bag, as the respective belts can be transported in a rear compartment. If you have but turned him into a backpack, the rear compartment is just open, so it could purely theoretically also raining. To what extent the moisture therein then moves on to the inside of the main compartment, so I can not judge, but the front of the back cover is also simultaneously the back of the laptop pocket.
Thus, the mere use of a backpack is in my opinion only a secondary option. Here it is more advisable to use the bag as a messenger bag, since then the back door is closed and can not enter external moisture readily. Is also important here to note that Tucano mitliefert no rain protection.
Furthermore the backpack / pocket is not particularly well padded. If you want to use it to transport his Ipad / MacBook Pro or similar without prejudice, should nevertheless be careful when hitting something, because the pads are quite thin. Although I am not an absolute control freak or protection, but for my part I would rather have liked here a slightly thicker protection. I fear that one nevertheless times stuck in the usual everyday to something or is triggered in the metro / subway. Whether and to what extent this then the notebook survives unscathed, I can difficult to understand, but I harbor some doubts.
Conclusion:
I would use this bag rather than a shoulder bag. In the backpack mode, it's too uncomfortable (quite thin straps) and especially to unprotected (Stichpunkt open back pocket). As a shoulder bag it makes perfect sense if you so not necessarily going around in people bustle and is triggered continuously. The protective effect is not guaranteed, in my view is 100%, so in total I can give 3 stars to the pocket. Furthermore me a rain cover, which is already integrated or bundled with many other manufacturers is missing.
If you provide the bag for transport in the car, so you may like virtually round up to 4 stars. But more is not inside my view.
If you have persevered this far, I congratulate you most sincerely. They have survived my review and I hope it was informative for you. Whether positive or negative, you can confirm with an actuation of the helpful and non-helpful buttons. Should have no matter how you decide, I wish you much fun browsing and if you Abile for Tucano backpack for MacBook Pro 15 "and 15 Notebook" decided ..... fun and protection during transportation! ;-)
