I hesitated to buy this book, I was a little afraid of what I would find there. I read books on voluntary simplicity that were too lecturing. There, it's really good, you feel cool, the author does not feel guilty you, on the contrary, it offers you some very good ideas without telling you: that's good, that's bad, do it, Do not do that. You worry your opinion yourself and if you see these life tips you agree depending on your aspirations, your mode of life, your maturity to engage you in this way. It covers all areas of life, except the spiritual aspect of the process. I'm fine, I was disappointed by other books in this field which could not help but drift to the mystical-spiritual. It is entirely separate voluntary simplicity approach of any spiritual quest (which is another approach, voluntary and intimate!). I feel on the same wavelength as the author. One small downside, the story at the end of the calendar to plan your decisions, it's a little gadget, but if this little help readers ... Otherwise I recommend this book ++
