The 3DS is simply pressed into the Circle Pad Pro, and sits there at attention, thanks to rubber studs and secured against slipping. Even if one with inserted 3DS Circle Pad Pro turns the upside, it does not fall out - of course you should not do anyway. For over Cautious still is a wrist strap, with which you can secure the 3DS wrist - I personally unnecessarily. I never safe even with the Wii, the Wiimote on your wrist, because I feel this is a problem.
I tried it with two games and the demo of MGS, and it really is an asset to's gameplay. In RE it is without Circle Pad Pro for. Instance so that you can not freely rotate the camera. With the Circle Pad left the character controls and the camera simply rotates with accordingly. Side steps and thus dodging is not possible. With Circle Pad Pro, the camera is controlled with the left Circle Pad the character and to the right Circle Pad. In addition, you can aim it, and go at the same time, which is not possible without the extension. Also side steps are now possible. At least this game is with the extension so much more comfortable.

For me personally is the 3DS Circle Pad Pro with very pleasant in his hands. I have I think an average sized hands - with gloves I need size XL-XXL or 8-9. With the 3DS Circle Pad Pro alone without, however, I have no problems.
Deficits so far I could not find all the entries have been implemented correctly and without delay. The additional Circle Pad corresponds qualitatively exactly the Circle Pad the 3DS, and is also at the same level. Only the distance zwischem Right Circle Pad and the buttons Y, X, A and B has got a little big, but constructional reasons have no other choice.
CONCLUSION:
The Circle Pad Pro is a meaningful and valuable addition to the 3DS. I would have liked that the 3DS innately already with 2 Schiebepads comes - he would but have become wider by a long way. Due to the above-mentioned deficiencies, the Circle Pad Pro only partly is suitable for traveling, but rather for home-use. Here I would like it but now no longer do without, it gives the 3DS yet similar ways, it provides the PS Vita.
Since the whole thing does not cost the world - you buy it quiet! Of course, you should consider in advance whether you will play games that support the Circle Pad Pro, because as I said it does not work with all games.
