However, I have my expectations of this type tapes into perspective and mute not much to them. There still remain many useful uses in places where you would have to drill otherwise.
With this I glued two plastic container over the sink in the bathroom tiles, one for the tooth mug (although the plastic is) and one for two tubes of toothpaste. Until now holds good. Another useful purpose are power strips that I like for example Cemented in shelves or on the side of cabinets. However, I always think when plugging and unplugging the plug the bars with one hand - you have to tempt fate not so.
A thicker and relatively heavy polycarbonate plate I have therefore initially glued to wooden slats, so that the seat of the plate was fixed first, but then additionally secured by screws; which is now a small wicket. So that pretty thick tape also has an insulating function, because the plate can be the rough wooden otherwise not adapt so one hundred percent.
For these and similar uses, I can thoroughly recommend the tape.
For heavy items and breakables I would not that alone, however, fix.
One should this type tapes not too warm to keep (such as near a radiator), then merge them seem downright to the protective film, which can no longer abkriegt - so it is in any case already happened to me.
