The delivery was very quick and the product was well packaged. The bar can be very strong and stable mount under, if you got it because once clamped. I unfortunately had some trouble with it because there was not a manual. One has to first on the ends the rod to the correct length rausdrehnen. So far, so logical and self-explanatory. However, in order to clamp properly secures the rod, you have to turn then to the black handles, so the bar can be clamped then bombproof.
Unfortunately no exercise instructions were there, even though they are to be actually included. Too Bad !! Who can do without the manual and once in the truest sense of the word, get the hang of for attachment, so that can certainly have a lot of fun.
