Practically especially for meat and larger pieces

The advantage of this forceps is clearly that you do not need an extra open and can so easily take a little thicker pieces. This makes them not only an attractive but also easy to use Bratpinzette.
For Ausdekorieren you however need by large forceps opening a little more skill than the traditional models. However, it is well suited to take even small decorative elements.
So I am on the whole quite satisfied with the purchase.
