A mechanically very well thought out design is unfortunately offset by the very, very poor performance of the pump. The pressure of the water jet, even at level 5, so weak that it is not even remove a food waste, to have the toothbrush between the teeth failed, usually possible. This product raises itself in question. I can not understand how such a renowned company like Brown, can bring a product to market so inadequate.
On the negative side of the still very high standby power consumption is added. For those interested in electrical engineering: The unit needs (remeasured by me) 34mA current in the off state (!). These are 7.8 VA Apparent power (S). The power factor cos phi (or Power Factor) is remeasured 0.39. This corresponds to an active power consumption of 3 watts in standby mode. Assuming an electricity price of 25ct / kWh which is about 6,50EUR are per year. So in 10 years approx 65,00EUR you on behalf of Braun secretly pulls your energy supplier from his pocket. That's mind only the standby power consumption, since you have not already (mouth) showered. Too bad because for a few cents more, the manufacturer could install a primary side interrupting power switch, so you give unfortunately tens of times the material price for electricity costs.
Because of mangelden pump capacity and the relatively high standby consumption rate I on the purchase!
