Technically the album is produced knotless because there really is nothing to complain about. Mir is the sometimes almost too smooth and perfect, but this is certainly not a criticism.
Musically Casper sets with hinterland between all chairs, which certainly did not like the entire fan base. Is that still Hip Hop? Nope, but it was no longer really well lately. Is that bad? No, on the contrary. Casper continues to develop and deliver with the hinterland an exciting mix of different genres that engage well with each other as a complete work. Whether it is the horn section in "After the demo's went downhill", the hymn-like vocals of Tom Smith in "Lux Lisbon" or the almost chanson like "La Rue Morgue": Variety is given. Lyrically I found XOXO more, but I have to listen more closely again in the hinterland.
In order to bring the album with track 8 to a point: "Quite ok".
