First Impression:
First, there is a point that I have to complain about the size of the player is not good.
This is very wide and deep in the very short. That is, you can leave bad other "standard" equipment on this player,
without that these are back over standing or wiggle wrong. If you have narrow devices are in use, you can not put the course on top of it, because it does not look.
The quality of workmanship is according to the price, if you have Ansonten high quality equipment in the living room, you should think it over.
The buttons are a bit cheap and the display is too small and blurry, but enough to see the time.
Plus point is definitely the remote control that is clearly and well in the hand.
Another negative point is the USB port, this is covered with a protective plastic, which is difficult to remove and connected devices sit in the bush loose something.
Furnishings:
Decor is simple and designed the menu clearly, so should find the points that you are really searching for any.
One can argue about the visual layout, I find this not LG-typsich and not nice.
Network access server and content work without problems.
Image and use:
Image is not optimal in the default setting.
Schwarf it is, but movements are not displayed cleanly.
After testing div. Settings, the picture is fine, but it does not have the quality that I know of other Blu-ray players or streamed content.
It should be noted a very important point, which significantly brings point deduction and also is likely to be the reason why I will send the player back.
IMPORTANT:
The jerky picture that can be done at FullHD display due to the two settings. Either 50Hz or 24Hz.
This provides logically for a juddering picture.
Upscaling of DVDs to work quite well.
But does not replace high-definition movies !!! So I would never look Avatar so!
It has strong mosaicism in motion and detailed images still.
This function is very well suited for cartoons.
The drive noises are present, they can be heard only when no sound is played.
Myself I do not mind, but they are available.
Sound:
Through the optical output and a good home theater system very well!
Conclusion:
The quality I Einsiedel at the lower middle, as the price is not so high, I'll give it 3 points
Facility, ease of use and menu navigation is easy, but of LG I would have expected me more, also 3 points
Judder due to the low Hz, which can be adjusted. Therefore I can not give more than 1 points.
Price / performance is still in Ordung, do not get me but more than 2.5 points!
