Now the weird part:
The Saya (scabbard) is internally prepared with a type of wax, in order to prevent the absorption of oil. Clear that there is not something in a real Katana ...
It may be that the wax adheres to the bit blade when pulling out the sword. Since the sword should always be oiled (rust-is for wimps), as n bit wax will naturally adhere to it.
But that's usually not so wild and no problem.
For longer storage, and disappearance of oil on the blade, it is possible that merh wax escapes and adheres to the blade. That should avoid one that degenerates already made in a mess. (Of course, can be removed, but that crumbles then so in the vagina).
The vagina is no metal on the Öffnunf, ie, the vagina keeps a little weaker than usual to the sword. Part acts as the wax holding the aid by making the output of the vagina closer to the edges.
Conclusion: Value for money I find okay. Quality is also okay. Only the wax has irritated me, but is apparently so common in this price range and similar products. But it also works without.
(Tip: True Sayas (scabbards) are, I think, made of mahogany, which is low in acidity and therefore the steel in the long term also does not corrode and genuine Sayas are without wax ;-).
