Price / performance ratio is quite poor

added - for the purpose for which I need the lights, they are capable. Since I have no lights on my balcony, you but in the summer often like to just only at night to come, there watering flowers or to sit down for a few minutes in the air, it's quite pleasant, at least to see where you step (especially since it a few levels are there - what for guests can be dangerous).

Here the operating principle of motion detector with LED light is quite practical, even if the light output is low. But you can see in any case where one steps back. As long as one does not move although only for 20 seconds (other times can be set - but then again need more energy), but that's me perfectly adequate.

When I look at the product itself but me and the price to then I can only wonder what it is supposed to be so expensive? Everything about it, from the spit to the casing is made quite cheap aussehendem plastic. A guidance lies with only in English. And the batteries 3 x C - for a total of 6 pieces, you have to first get, because there are hardly has a home. Stupid also, that one always needs 3. If you want to buy any expensive brand batteries, you usually get it only in 4-pack ... Well - at least to each lamp so come back one year. (Which of course greatly depends on how often they go to and from). If my neighbor's cat on a regular basis so the thing in the garden at night and out, it is closely related to the year ... (but well, with me yes they remain on the balcony) In daylight, the lights stay off automatically. Only with increasing dusk the motion be active and turn on the LED.

CONCLUSION:
+ Works exactly as it should
+ 3 possible positions: spit in earth bracket to wall (enclosed dowels), or simply place it on the ground goes well
+ Regardless of the sunlight
+ No cable required
+ Automatically shut down during the day

- Unappealing exterior
- English only manual
- No batteries included
- Battery rare format (C)
- Not very bright
- Quite a high price

Especially the price I think of the various DIY stores, which in summer always solar lights with spit in stainless steel finish for us 1.99 - 3.99 throw behind (with battery) and can therefore here only awarded 3 stars.
