Delivery came by post and was there quickly.
Unfortunately, I had at first a broken hand shower, since the switching between shower and aerator was not working properly. In Perlatorbetrieb came both through the aerator and the shower water. So I contacted the seller and asked for sending the replacement part and not the whole new faucet.
3 hrs. Later I got the answer that I get sent to the new hand-held shower. This came to me the next morning by mail and now everything works fine.
Better service you can not expect / do not exist.
Of course it is not, this is a qualitatively superior fitting, but I also give no 450 from only 1/10.
Conclusion: 1. I can tap this to anyone who does not want to spend so much money and no emphasis on brushed stainless steel.
2. The service contact and the performance of the service was absolutely great!
