Price / performance ratio unchallenged

I have today received the ordered lens hood of BestOfferBuy. The delivery time therefore was 18 days (appointed on 13 June 2014) - acceptable, considering that the supply of Hong Kong comes. That would of course go even faster (Priority AIRMAIL HK), but at this price no high demands are placed nunmal.

But now to the hood itself. It makes a very solid, high-quality impression. Although it is made of plastic, but is the lens hood, which can be bought at retail, in every way.

First, you have to disconnect the hood from the gland. Then unscrew the screw on the 50mm f / 1.8 II. That turned out to be very simple, although always the fear that co-rotate the lens ring creeping. I have the screw not fully tightened.

The lens hood is then mounted on a bayonet lock on the screw. The Assembly sees itself of course.
Very nice here is the possibility of the lens hood reversed to assemble around so that it can serve as a protection, and takes up less space during transportation.

The hood itself slightly roughened inside, but not entirely matt. Only time will tell how much the surface affects photos.

However, on the whole of the lens hood is complete functionality and certify an excessive quality for the price. Strong buy recommendation!
