The Yamaha fell because of economical connectivity out of the race.
That left only the Panasonic DMP-BDT335 and the LG BP730.
I had both units side by side and tested at the same time.
On one hand, the connectivity and playback possible all formats were important to me.
On the other hand I have put my main focus on the smooth running of the drive during operation of DVD and Blu-Ray.
The Panasonich has, whereas the LG automatically feeds a drive with a drawer, the discs into a slot.
I actually thought that phyiskalisch through the closed drive a skid loader the Panasonic would be quieter in terms of volume. But is not he.
Admittedly, both devices are already very low, but there are also movie scenes without fanfare.
Here's BP730 to hear much less of LG.
The Einlesegeräusch with a Blu-Ray are quieter. Even more significant was the difference when reading - but also when playing - a DVD.
When LG first I found the remote control some getting used to, but you can also stop the arrow and navigate through conventional keys.
Network Integration in both light and easily.
The Panasonic has compared to the LG, only one advantage: The power cord can be pulled to the rear panel. When LG is firmly installed. If this happens, I would have to always pull the plug from the bar behind all devices. Quite cumbersome.
But since I still did not crash, hopefully just a theoretical problem.
Ultimately, I have kept the LG BP730, as it gives a top performance in particular with respect to read-in and drive noise in relation to the purchase price.
Update as of 30/01/2014:
The player is in operation continues to be very, very quiet.
Also on the remote control can be used in the course of time.
What, however, do not go, are the frequent crashes.
So it can happen that a film runs very protracted, as repeatedly occur crashes. The screen is only then gray and then black. The player continues to run, but no picture and no sound.
Here the examiner has only a unplugging and tedious Hinspulen to the crash site.
A comfortable viewing is different.
Annoying here is that one can not draw on the back of the power cord, but always has to crawl behind the TV cabinet to socket.
Conclusion: The unit has been claimed as defective and returned.
Instead, I have now - of course on Amazon - the Samsung BD-F 7500 gained and hope that this unit operates quietly and stably.
