Anyone who knows my reviews to LECHUZA planters and the Jewel raised beds, knows that a part of the mystery (abundant growth with little watering may) is due to the substrate used. We mix it up from 60-70% compost, coconut fibers and normal garden soil (each about equal parts) and about 30-40% Perligran. The claims, first, the planter significantly lighter and the other stores Perligran the water just fine. Also for tightening cuttings under tensed air is good here, because virtually no mold occurs. The delivery took place within 24 hours, much faster than announced by Amazon.
