From the removable bearing surface and the reflector plate inside one must first remove what little fiddly protectors. The UV lamps can be used without any problems when you first bring all in position before the first stuck. In a pinch, but also leaves the front bezel on the housing Pull with some force, then the rest will be easier.
Installation and commissioning of MPE 58 are simple - only the power cord is a bit short with 110 cm for some installation site.
On top of the housing, there are three buttons for power on / off, the fan and the UV light. The state of the device is indicated by a large power LED on the back of the housing and four small LEDs under the buttons (one for the fans and one each for the three UV-timers). This is simple, but solved useful and clear. The keys work well.
An unpleasant surprise there when you turn the blower. It is much too loud for a relaxing session of sound forth as with a hairdryer comparable. The "good" news here: This function is useless anyway, because conventional nail polish does not dry faster if you beaten him with a fan.
The pure UV operation works for completely silent. It is suitable not only for gel nails, but also for the now increasingly became fashionable UV coatings ("Shellac"). With three UV applications of 120 seconds per hand (Base Coat, Shellac, Top Coat) one is overall a good quarter of an hour on the road and then has a very smooth and relatively durable finish. The UV output of the MPE 58 is it really reasonable. (You can remove Shellac incidentally themselves - if just peel is not going to help a remover or pure acetone.)
Conclusion
The MPE 58 from Beurer is a pleasant device - if you leave off the fan. Incomprehensible I find that Beurer advertises with a drying function for conventional nail polishes because that is not working. For the unnecessary expense to install a fan and misleading I subtract a star.
Otherwise, the device works well and is for curing gel nails or UV coatings suitable prima ****.
