The machine is compact. Meanwhile, the engine was once during repair. The Siemens-Hausgeräte service was easy to reach by phone for us, the staff member friendly and competent. The machine will be picked up for repair at the doorstep and repairs brought back. Compared to other manufacturers a convenient service that does not creates own travel times. All in all we are after almost 2 years still very happy.
