The Hainsberger cartridges performed flawlessly in our printer. In other words, the printer recognized, and they brought color's paper. The color quality was unfortunately a far cry from the original cartridges. Prints were flat and low contrast and had a bluish tint. After a few weeks then was our printhead broken, cleaning not helped, we needed a new one. I can not say whether this was due to the ink, so I want it to deduct any points (in various forums is ink third party due to the different viscosity but quite cited as a likely reason for the failure). I buy now nevertheless again the original ink and this would only recommend people who print a lot (so that the print head can not dry) who attach importance to the print quality does not increase in value.
