The monocular has a very high quality look. I have compared it directly with my Zeiss 7x42 Victory FL binoculars and the quality differences for 1300 Euros expensive Zeiss glass were surprisingly low. Another positive development is an unusually large field of view of 142m at 1000m distance. That does not even make my Zeiss binoculars. The 5.25 mm exit pupil and ED glass deliver even in the twilight still a good image quality. Also very good, I like the wide focusing ring, which can be operated easily even with thick winter gloves. The eyecups can be extend by turning and thus provides a better grip than, say, with my Leica 10x32 binoculars in which the eyecups be simply pulled upwards, but quickly retract when durchgucken. With only 300 grams carrying weight and a compact design I have the monocular often. In my pocket here and especially in the dark winter months, a better light than the Reserve Schönwettermonokularen 3mm exit pupil
