For years, I use the My Money - Financial Software of Buhl and was up to version 2008, a more than satisfied users. What Buhl has however delivered with the 2009 version, is more than questionable. For months and some updates does my card reader, ReinerSCT cyberJack pinpad, which under the 2008 - worked perfectly version, still does not. Customer service is temporarily to achieve more than bad by mail. Call it is much worse to talk even to call a toll number is. The responses of the customer are more than without peace quietly. For months, I will put off with the answer that the problem would be known and occurred at several customers and we would work on a solution. There would however be a bigger thing, you could not tell me how long it would take. Here comes again the customer as a beta tester for use. At least I got my money back.
