I Corel VideoStudio ProX6 bought on 13.03.2014 (Best. Nr. 302-1488562-3098726) and am15.03.2014 registered at Corel. The program worked, but I've had some problems with use and that's why I turned myself to Corel Support Services. (. Corel Case No. 02039663 ref: _00D60Jqva._50060Xb9yd: ref)
I have all the possible proposals (uninstallation and installation) followed, unfortunately without positive results. The situation now looks like that after the last uninstall I can not install the Pro X6 again. Every time I get the message that this program is already installed. But I can find no trace of him. All this I have just written on 02.04.2014 at Corel, sent via e-mail and have to date received no reply.
What is very strange for me yet, the Corel limits its support only for 30 days. Instead of help has given me such a rate that now I have a useless disk and not a program in the computer.
Can you possibly propose a solution for me?
