I was disappointed that several tips were damaged or even unusable! He even lacked a little "grip" on the screwdriver. Moreover the plastic box was scratched in several places like the screwdriver, I suspect that the product has already been used ...

Otherwise on amazon service nothing to say as always, fast delivery.
